Before placing orders

Size

Shipping

A: There are 2 shipping methods:

Standard shipping (12-22 days): $9.95

Shipping with insurance (recommend): $17.95

A: Our personalized products are made-to-order. So we need time to produce and deliver the package. 

Produce 5-7 business days.

Delivery: 10-12 business days based on the shipping countries.

A: Although we strive to provide world-wide shipping, at this time our courier service is unable to deliver to Island Of Men. Some other countries have a higher shipping fee: Hawaii, Alaska, Iceland…

Payment

A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, JBC, Diners Club cards process by Stripe payment gate and Paypal.

A: Right after your order has been successfully placed.

A: If you got trouble with your payment, please change another card or check out via Paypal.

Modifying or changing an order

A: Because our orders are custom produced, we offer address changes for a short period of time after your order is placed (within 48hrs). After 48 hours, we create your order, validate it with the production factory and scheduling production then begins so it is difficult to change the order. However, we can still support you in some cases please email to support@ogogear.com or fill this form Order Support to get further information.

A: We accept canceling orders within 48 hours for any reason with the cancel fee is $10.  After 48 hours, we cannot cancel the order because your order is in production. Please email to support@ogogear.com or fill this form Order Support to get further information.

Order status tracking

A: You can keep track of your order at any time by visiting https://ogogear.com/track-your-order/

If you don’t have a tracking number, please contact support@ogogear.com and give us your Order Number.

A: Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier’s system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact support@ogogear.com
